tears

i saw you last night in my dream
you were laying on a hill
alone and weeping
and in my dream
i tried to calm you down
wiped your tears and held you close and gently
"there, there........."
"there's nothing to worry about"
"for i am here with you"

then you looked at me
smiling gorgeously
and that was when i felt
a very huge pain appears in my back
then i saw your hands covered in blood

you started to laugh
as i tried to reach the knife you stabbed in my back
i knew that my time had come
but i never cried
and i never scream in pain
since i know that dying in your hand
is a beautiful death
